Your time at Moedim Day Spa is for self-renewal and relaxation. Please turn off all pagers and cell phones.

To maintain our peaceful spa environment, the facility is reserved for adults.  No children under the age of 12 are allowed unless they are receiving services.

Massage clients are encouraged to arrive 10-30 minutes before their appointments to relax.

There are times when massage isn't beneficial: If a client presents with signs and/or symptoms of illness that are contraindicated for massage (fever, undiagnosed rash, flu, contagious infection), the session will be re-scheduled. This is to protect the health and well-being of both the client and the therapist.

Massage sessions are strictly non-sexual.   Any suggestive statements or actions will result in immediate termination of the session and you will be asked not to return in the future.  You will be expected, however to pay the full cost of the session.

A 15% gratuity is customary and appreciated!

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.
