We suggest that you wear cotton, long-sleeved top, and pants.

Drink plenty of water to help flush out fat cells before and afterward.

Do not eat within 1 hour prior to your session.  We also recommend that don’t’ eat for 3 hours after your session.

Avoid the use of alcohol within 24 hours post session because alcohol can cause dehydration.
